[topicmapmail] ANN: XSLT Topic Maps converters: initial release

Hi all,

I uploaded an initial version of the XSLT stylesheets to convert a
Topic Maps syntax into another one.

The current set contains:
* XTM 1.0 to CTM 1.0
* XTM 1.0 to XTM 2.0 / XTM 2.1
* XTM 2.0 / XTM 2.1 to CTM 1.0
* XTM 2.0 / XTM 2.1 to JTM 1.0
* XTM 2.0 / XTM 2.1 to XTM 1.0 / XTM 1.1
* TM/XML 1.0 to CTM 1.0
* TM/XML 1.0 to Snello
* TM/XML 1.0 to XTM 1.0 / XTM 1.1
* TM/XML 1.0 to XTM 2.0 / XTM 2.1

I do not intend to add more converters to translate a Topic Maps
syntax into another Topics Maps notation; the subsequent releases will
provide XSLT stylesheets to convert other sources like e-mails etc
into Topic Maps.

Note: XTM 2.1 does not exist (yet?) as an International Standard. It's
based upon my proposal for another XTM 2.0 version which is backwards
compatible to XTM 2.0, c.f.
