[topicmapmail] Question of the week : the TMDM PSIs in TM engines

Hi folks,

I'm going to try something new where I'm going to ask a "question of
the week" for a little while which I'm hoping people will engage in.
I've got a small backlog of stuff, but I encourage anyone to add to
the list. I'm hoping we'll get a bit of discussion going.

This week's question is ; how do people deal or use the TMDM PSIs (or,
Core subject identifiers) in their engines? Do you have them as
untyped but usable, fully typed as an ontology, and what features in
your engine do you give them (automatic hierarchies, indeces, filling
in gaps, etc.)?
