[topicmapmail] Conformance test suite

Work has started on a conformance test suite for Topic Maps engines on  
SourceForge:
   http://sourceforge.net/projects/cxtm-tests/

The main purpose of the test suite is to make easier for developers to  
verify that their Topic Maps engines conform to the standard. It would  
also make it possible for customers to verify the conformance of  
commercial Topic Maps products.

So far only test cases for XTM 2.0 and LTM are available, and neither  
set is complete, but more test cases will be appearing as the work  
progresses.
