[topicmapmail] What happend to TMQL?

your posting improved my day considerably.

I am currently writing a Topic Maps focussed paper and wanted to refer 
to the good progress of the standardization process. Irritatingly, the 
ISO websites turned out not to be a reliable source for this purpose.

Any alternatives for a reference?
