[topicmapmail] What happend to TMQL?

Gerhard,

The entry is incorrect.

WG 3 has applied for an extension to finish the work. It should be 
substantially completed this year.

The entries in question are maintained by people kept in wicker baskets 
when they are not annoying people making substantive contributions.
