Hello

I would like to announce we have specified and implemented general OBO 
flat file to Topic Maps conversion. Conversion feature is a part of 
Wandora application. Open Biomedical Ontologies 
(http://www.obofoundry.org/) include over 60 bio-ontologies in OBO format.

As a demonstration we have converted The Gene Ontology to a topic map. 
Topic map version of Gene Ontology is public domain. Wandora application 
and the topic map conversion of GO are downloadable at
