Hello Alexander,

thank you for this Stylesheet.

At the moment I'm using another way to bring XTM 1.0 data into a
representation of TMDM. I'm parsing the XTM file and store the data
accordingly to a mapping between XTM 1.0 and XTM 2.0 but all this
happens inside my program code.

Now I'm glad so see that my mapping corresponds with yours :)

For the future I'll use your stylesheet. Hope it will improve my
handling of XTM data.
