[topicmapmail] Reification of topic map constructs in XTM 1.0 vs. XTM 2.0

Your guess is right.

But I'd remove the subject identifier iff it was just created to reify
a Topic Maps construct. Maybe it is difficult to decide if you want to
translate the XTM 1.0 into 2.0 automatically. If you want to keep it,
I'd keep the item identifier of the association ("will-wrote-hamlet"),
too (itemIdentity in XTM 2.0).
