[topicmapmail] PSI for the default topic name type

Hi all,

I received several questions due to my claim that the PSI for the
default topic name in the TMDM is wrong [1], maybe I should clarify it
a bit.

The TMDM refers in section 7.5 [2] to the PSI
<http://psi.topicmaps.org/iso13250/model/name-type> as default name
type.

XTM 2.0 refers in section 4.10 [3] to the PSI
<http://psi.topicmaps.org/iso13250/model/topic-name> as default name
type.

There is an agreement in the TM-community that the TMDM is wrong and
the PSI in the XTM 2.0 specification is the correct one. CTM, for
example, refers also to the PSI which is given in the XTM 2.0 spec.
