[topicmapmail] XTM 2.0 Final Draft: online version inconsistencies?

Hello, All!

I just noticed that the "Clause 3" is missing on the page [1]. Are there
sections that are not published yet in the draft that will appear in the
final version?

I am also somewhat surprised that this draft document does not mention
how to represent the supertype-subtype [2] relationship while the other
relationship, namely type-instance [3] is explicitly mentioned in the
description of the instanceOf element [4].
