Hello Alexander,
You can download the topic maps that drive our Java Portal
(http://iiscs.wssu.edu/JavaPortal/) and Ontologies for Education Portal
(http://iiscs.wssu.edu/o4e/ ) . Also, on the TM4L site - Resource page
(http://compsci.wssu.edu/iis/nsdl/resources.html) you can find 2 smaller
topic maps (Recipes and HTML-JavaScript).
Cheers,
Darina

Subject: [topicmapmail] topic maps instances?
Dear All,
We are working on a research project aiming at a portable domain
question answering system over Topic Maps. For this reason we need a
corpora of topic maps.
We found some topic maps at the Omnigator site, but except for the
famous "Opera" and "Languages and Scripts" topic maps, others are either
small hacks (pokemon) or conversions from the original formats (CIA
factbook)
[1].
Several topic maps are available at the Cogitative Technologies [2] and
at Techquila [3].
Are there other hand-crafted topic maps or this is the status quo in
topic maps production?
How do you deal with a sheer lack of publicly available topic maps?
Do you have topic maps (in English) that you can share with us for the
purpose of this research only? this kind of help will be much
appreciated.
