[topicmapmail] ANN: Introduction into the Compact Topic Maps Syntax (German)

Hi all,

For people who are interested in the Compact Topic Maps Syntax (and
can understand German), I've published an introduction into the
syntax here:

It is a draft and needs more work, but it might be helpful if you
don't like to read ISO drafts. ;)

    (Note, that you need to change the charset encoding to "UTF-8", if
    your browser displays strange characters)
