There is no such PSI in use at the moment, and I think Murray's point  
that there is more than one Wiki markup is well taken. I think, like  
him, you are most likely going to have to make your own.

One could argue that wiki text is just an encoded string, but I think  
then the same argument could be used against XML, and we really  
introduced this datatype because there are some issues of  
interpretation. So I think defining a wiki datatype is OK. (I'm not  
answering the MIME question, since it doesn't seem relevant, given  
that there is no MIME type for wiki markup.)
