Good idea, but the location should be changed to
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topic_Maps>.

I did the same within the German Wikipedia community, where the Topic
Maps entry was located at <http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topic_Map> and
moved to <http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topic_Maps>.
