FW: [topicmapmail] Reference to Topic Maps

Dear all,

Could someone explain to whom the domain topicmaps.org belongs?

Did someone actually offer a plan - a clear methodology of further 
developing this site while keeping a certain balance between the 
interests of the different parties?

Maybe now, after long years (as I understand), if such a suggestion is 
formed, the problem could be solved?
