[topicmapmail] PHP and Topic Maps: QuaaxTM 0.3 released

Hi all,

release 0.3 of QuaaxTM can be downloaded now from sourceforge [1]. 
QuaaxTM is an implementation of PHPTMAPI [2]. As the main feature 
release 0.3 has implemented the PHPTMAPI-index classes. See further 
details in the changelog.
I notice several downloads of PHPTMAPI. Does anybody know about 
(web)applications using an implementation of PHPTMAPI?
