[topicmapmail] PHPTMAPI released

Hi all,

PHPTMAPI is released and can be downloaded now from sourceforge [1]. Beside the source and the documentation
of the API there are also UML class diagrams available. A guide (install/use, appending helper objects etc.) will follow.
Ideas, suggestions, annotations and support (implementation) are welcome!
