Hi Murray,

I think we in general agree. I'm not going to exhaust the subject much
more, but I'd love to hear some practical ways forward. Yeah, we all
think PSI's are cool and good, but what to do? How to make people do
it our way? I'm not sure that even the best solution here is the best
solution. Hmmm.
