Thanks for hte reply. I guess I was just asking for an idea of the highlights of the changes, the ones that maybe are most significant, and a bit of color around why these were made.
 
A very helpful http://psi.ontopia.net/#person has replied off list with a quick summary, so that pretty much gets me going.
 
Way I see it, when folks make a few careful changes to a spec they were probably trying to acehive particular aims or deal with specific issues - just wondered if someone had already written something of that nature. There are a few websites on TM out there so wasn't sure if maybe I'd just missed it.
 
Anyway, with a brief summary in hand,  I can happily dig into the spec, and the list of changes, and try to figure out what all this reifier and itemIdentity stuff is really trying to get at.

I'm not sure what you're looking for, exactly. As you point out, the 
XTM 2.0 spec has a list of the differences. What more were you 
looking for?

The reasoning behind the TMDM? That could take a while to write, I 
think. :-) Is there anything specific you would like to know?
