You mean something like a common supertype for all occurrence types?  
Mainly because there were no requests for anything like that, and  
because it's not trivial to put together a set of meta-PSIs. Robert  
Barta has now made it clear that he would like something like it for  
TMQL, and I've begun to see the benefits of this myself.

I guess one question for you is why you want this default occurrence
