[topicmapmail] Multilingual version of the TM4L Editor

Hello all,

A new version of the Topic Map Editor TM4L is now available and can be
downloaded from http://compsci.wssu.edu/iis/nsdl/download.html.=20

Among the new features is the translation of the TM4L Editor interface
in a couple of languages including Chinese (Taiwan), Japanese, French,
and Nepali.  The translation into Japanese, French and Nepali was
provided by the National Institute of Informatics, Japan, and the
translation into Chinese (Taiwan) by the National Chiao Tung University,
Taiwan.


If you are interested in translating the TM4L Editor interface in
another language please contact us and we will send the language
properties files to you.
