Toma has been implemented by SpaceApplications and used in a real  
project (see TMRA'05 open sessions report in the proceedings or [1]),  
but I don't think the implementation is generally available. Rani  
Pinchuk would know for certain.

TMPath might have been implemented as a prototype, but I don't think  
so. Dmitry would know.

tolog is available in the OKS from Ontopia as well as the open source  
TM4J engine; in addition it has been implemented in CGM, which is  
currently not available. (More information in Jakub Strychowski's  
TMRA'05 paper and [2].)
