Alternatevely, you can use the TM4L topic map editor. It has a pretty
intuitive interface and a reasonably complete user guide. You can
download TM4L from

	http://compsci.wssu.edu/iis/NSDL/download.html

It is designed with an intent to support building ontology-aware
repositories of learning materials. However, reports from TM4L users
indicate that it is appropriate for a more general use. In addition, a
new version of TM4L with translations in three languages, included
Chinese (Taiwan) will be released very soon.=20
