Please note: This isn't CTM -- it's just a proposal I came up
with. People should feel free to come up with other proposals:
that's exactly what the editors need right now. (But please
check out the requirements document first.)

Having said that: No, it's not a coincidence that my proposal
looks like some of the RDF syntaxes. I got to know N3 and
NTriples during the RDF/Topic Maps interoperability work, and
it seemed to me that there are certain features there that are
worth borrowing.
