Rich,

Thanks for the mention -- yes, this something that should
concern anyone planning to do knowledge representation/
modeling in XCL or XTM. The draft was submitted last week.

I'd appreciate it if anyone with comments on the XCL syntax=20
itself please copy me. Other comments should go to the ISO
draft editor, Harry Delugach (who some of you may know via=20
his involvement with the Conceptual Graphs community). Most
of the fundamental work on CL has been by Pat Hayes, Chris=20
Menzel, and John Sowa. -- I'm just the XML grease monkey on
this one.
