[topicmapmail] Help on Topic Maps

Hi All

I am working on a project that is involves topic map. I am new to this
topic. Basically my first task is

1) Generate a document that should list out the business benefits that
anybody can get because of using TopicMaps.

2) What are all the steps that I should first follow to generate a topic
map.

3) How a topic map can be used in an existing project.

Please provide a link and resources on the same
