Thank you very much for your suggestions. Looking at
my growing list I
was wandering if I should extend it with Ontopia
Knowledge Suite and in
particular with the Topic Map Web Editor Framework. 
To my knowledge it
is the only complete set of tools for building,
maintaining, and
deploying TM based applications.
