[topicmapmail] New release of the TM4L Editor

Carlo,

Thanks for your interest to TM4L. I am seriously considering Java 1.4
compatible TM4L. We have received quite a few requests already (beyound
the topicmap maillist) from potential TM4L users who had a 1.4.x
development environment and don't want or can't install Java 5.=20
