[topicmapmail] New release of the TM4L Editor

Darina,
Thank you for any efforts you can apply toward a Java 1.4 compatible
TM4L. My sentiments are with Murray; resources for Java 1.5 are large,
and blackdown.org doesn't have a 1.5 version yet.
