| Does anyone know good tools for generating ontology-aware Topic
| Maps-based repositories of learning materials? TMTab (Prot=E9g=E9 2000),
| TM4L ...?

I guess another tool in this category might be BrainBank. It's not
really meant for organizing courseware, but more for organizing the
concepts in the curriculum, but you can use it to organize the
resources as well.
