RDF cannot be validated using a normal XML validation
tool and requires an RDF Schema validator. Because
XTM is XML 1.0 and defined by a DTD, you can use any
tools that can validate XML. If you're using Java 1.4 or
newer, XML validation is built into Java itself. There are
XML validation modules for perl and python as well.  In
short, all software that claims to be XML 1.0 compliant
can validate XTM.
