[topicmapmail] ANN: Perl XTM 0.36 maintenance release

Hi All,

Thanks to a user constributed patch, the old Perl XTM distribution
came back to life and is now running under Perl 5.8.4.

Please note that this distribution is not actively developed any more,
as a new suite is in the queue.

It is uploaded into CPAN and might also resurface as Debian package
for Sarge in the near future.
