[topicmapmail] FCDs of TMDM and XTM 1.1

ISO has just published Final Committee Drafts of TMDM and XTM 1.1,
which means that these two parts of the topic map standard are moving
much closer to being finalized. ISO national bodies will finish voting
(and commenting) on May 14, and after that we'll probably produce new
drafts with comments incorporated. 

Most likely very little will change after the next draft, which means
that if you are ever going to read and comment on these documents then
NOW IS THE TIME TO DO IT.

The editors (ie: Graham and myself) would very much like comments on
these drafts, especially from implementors. You can send them through
your national body, to the editors directly, to this mailing list, or
to the SC34 list. We promise to consider your comments.
