Hi all,
I would like to know if Topic Naming Constraint is
abolished. I read at L.M. Garshol's article
"Metadata?thesauri?..." that "the rule has now been
removed...". Is there an ISO or any other
documentation for that? If anyone could provide me
with some URL I would be grateful.
