[topicmapmail] Topic Maps for eLearning (TM4L)

Hello all,

As some of you know we have worked in the past year on developing a
topic map editor for developing/structuring learning resources (the
Topic Maps for eLearning project). The work is still in progress,
however, we are getting requests from people around the world, keen on
looking at the TM4L editor. So we decided to open it for trial and
evaluation. You can  download our trial version from=20

We will appreciate any comments and suggestions.
