[topicmapmail] XML Schema to XTM

I was thinking of writing an XSLT stylesheet to create topic maps from
W3C XML Schema files, basically as a kind of schema documentation
helper, but was wondering if anyone's already done it. Anyone?

(I know Kal has a topic map of the XML Schema specification, but I'm
looking for something that takes an XSD file and spits out an XTM
file.)
