Do you mean Topic Map Application in the RM sense or "a software
application conforming to the topic maps standard" ? I presume you mean
the former, because the latter is defined by ISO 13250 and by XTM 1.0.
However you did not capitalize "application" so you leave me in some
doubt.

I think that the phrase "topic map application" should be used with
