Lars,

I am interested in the question what the criteria are, that allow me
to judge if something really is a Topic Map application. What are
the requirements?

Clearly, "implementing Topics,Occurrences and Associations" is not
a sufficient requirement (as there is not really meaning in the phrase).

What do others think?

Note: there is obviously vehement disagreement between Thomas and Rick, but
no place to look up a solution.....strange, isn't it?
