Forgot to say: This is the for example the reason, why it is 100%
clear and not subject to interpretation what you get when you
enter any URL into your browsers location bar and hit <enter>.

Now, if you add more addressing contexts, you'd need to include
them in HTTP requests....but how would you????

To put this in other words: you can use Web architecture as a
transport mechanism and in the layer you add, it is certainly
possible to do anything (see WS-* 'madness') and also use
diverse addressing semantics, but if you intend to be 'on the
Web', you simply cannot.
