Without changing its URL, I have split up my CTM summary to clarify its
limited scope and better explain its uses.  I also added project plans
that could let someone announce it publicly in Montreal, August 2-6:

It would be great to get your creative energies focused on this goal,
to whatever degree you can handle.  I'd hope Tom and Jack can design
open-source Step 6 code, while Murray and I focus on the A-B-C files.
If anyone else wants to actively join in, please write me.

This list is invited to watch, advise, critique and/or cheer work on
both fronts, and work as you see fit on Q/A and beta testing.

CTM is mechanistically simple, but if it works, it will provide nice
benefits to both the Topic Map and Logic communities.  But they will
be nicest if we announce and control this new standard's details.
