[topicmapmail] Subject Identifiers metadata

Hi Nikita,
I understand all that - but the question that was raised was how to
reify the topic information item, not the subject. There is a subject
that is "the topic information item created to reify subject X" and if I
want to say that "Kal created the topic information item that reifies
the subject X" I need some way to talk about the topic information item.
I say topic information item here because I might have used an
application to create the topic information item and never created in a
serialized electronic form (e.g. XTM) that I could point to with a
subject locator.
Cheers,
Kal
