[topicmapmail] graphic language for describing TopicMaps

Hi Stefan,
I've used UML to do this before. It works quite well and produces fairly
understandable diagrams. However, it uses features of UML (specifically
typed associations between classes) that not all the UML tools provide
(though it is a part of UML AFAIK).
