The answer is that you cannot reify an identifier (if you stick to the current TMDM)
because the TMDM does not recognize identifiers as subjects.

Since the TMDM also has no mechanism to be extended in this direction your
requirement is simply out of scope (regarding the TMDM).

(I bet you know what I have to say now ;-)

This demonstrates one of the requirements the Reference Model solves as it lets
*you* decide what you want to regard as subjects an what not. It also enables
(actually forces) you to document that decision in an explicit way to
ensure interoperability.
