Hi,
TMRAP sounds a bit like SNAPI (Semantic Network API).
It is inspired by the RDF Net API and was mainly
invented by Graham Moore.

SNAPI is an open source project:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/snapi

We launched this project last summer after a
discussion about loosly coupled P2P Topic Map
networks. Sounds similiar what you are going to
do in your thesis.

Now, some of my students started implementation of
SNAPI and some protocol bindings. First protocol
will be HTTP, IMAP/SMTP, UDP and SOAP.

I expect first result end of June or beginning of
July.

Maybe it's interesting for you.

Cheers, Thomas
