Hi,

For information, i do not know yet how TM3D will
be available but it will.
At the moment, TM3D works under Linux. I am
porting code to windows platform.

About, licensing, since i am working a lot on
TM3D, i have not yet working on the conditions of
availability.
I think i will give binaries under an
undetermnated licence :) . It won't be commercial
and there will no usage restrictions.
