The problem is that <resourceRef> addresses an information resource[1], in this
case the representation you get back when you invoke GET on http://www.google.com/ .
You cannot use <resourceRef> to address a Web-resource (REST sense). OTH, 
<subjectIndicatorRef> refers to abstract concepts *via* an information
resource but both IMHO do not cover the idea of Web resources that are some sort
of service.

Thoughts?

[1] XTM silently ignores the fact that one cannot address information resources
    in a Web context, it is simply impossible.
