I am look at best ways of converting a comprehensive hard copy guideline 
manual (standards, guidelines and practice notes) to smart searchable 
digital handbook.
Would topic map tools help or be the way to go?  (this whole subject is 
new to me)
Anyone aware of a similar project?
Are there any examples out there of smart, searchable, filterable 
guideline/procedure manuals based on topic map technology?
