Well, it is easy to have XFML represent parts of XTM, but it is
focused on certain qualities of it. Yes, it is more for IA and strict
taxonomical purposes, but as a format I think it has a rather
small following. I don't know of any commercial product having
support for it, albeit it is fairly easy to implement.
