We have a Topic Map Web Service (SNS) running since summer 2003 at:
http://www.semantic-network.de/doc_api.html?lang=en
There you find everything you need to use it, and some thoughts about
"Topic Maps, Web Services, and the Semantic Web".
SNS is utiliezd by the German Environmental Information Network www.gein.de
dealing with some 300.000 web pages and 8 databases.
More users are expected in the near future (german authorities).
