Murray,

While there hasn't been a new release for a while, and no one has
updated the website (mea culpa), there has been work recently on TMAPI -
particularly on trying to add an API for topic map index management. The
work is not proceeding particularly quickly - certainly not as quickly
as I would like, but I think that is more to do with the time
constraints of those involved than anything else.

That said, the project is completely open and if anyone wants to join in
an put a rocket under the behinds of the rest of the team, that would be
a welcome thing (well, the joining in bit at least ;-). To join in, just
